There are many advantages to mountain biking, one of the biggest being that it is a truly year-round sport.  We are out on our bikes every month of the year, in every sort of weather.  From our base in Dumfries and Galloway we are ideally situated to take advantage of the Seven Stanes mountain bike trails; four of which lie less than an hour's drive from our front door.

There are dozens of kilometres of marked trail which are easy to follow, and we can show you dozens more that you have to be local to have a hope of finding. Whether you are new to mountain biking, or an old hack who needs a refresher, a Fell & Forest instructor will have you riding trails that you thought were just for the big boys.

Four of the Seven Stanes trails in three days.  Experience some of the best riding in the country in one trip.   We pick you up from your chosen accommodation, put your bikes on our purpose-built trailer and ride 4 in 3.  Ae, Mabie and Dalbeattie, and lastly Kirroughtree.

Guide / client ratio 1:6(max). The cost, for up to six people, is £500. This includes transport to and from the cycling venues.

Guided riding simply takes the pressure off your day, leaving you relaxed to ride while we take care of route choice, repairs and even the first aid (we all fall off at some point).  Guided riding also gives us the opportunity to show you some of our favourite stretches of trail that you would probably never find otherwise.
